Telephone Support

For those of us who prefer to talk, we provide an unlimited opportunity to talk to us about the way your course is progressing.  This works especially well for those who like to chat about what they are doing.

We arrange one day seminars (usually in a hotel) that cover various units.  These normally take place in the north and the south and run from 10-4 to allow for travel.  The seminars are intended to be extra opportunities to cover any parts of the course you need support with and also a time to meet and discuss your work with tutors and other delegates.  Further details will follow once you enrol.

Telephone Coaching*

A more formal level of coaching which consists of a tailor made programme hosted by one of our tutors.  It could be one session of 45 minutes or a programme of sessions – it’s up to you to agree your personal programme with the tutor based on your specific needs.

Face to Face Coaching*

Like the telephone coaching only face to face!  You agree your own programme with the tutor and work with him/her to achieve your desired outcomes.  The time and venue is agreed between you and your tutor.  Sessions normally last 2 hours.
